A vegetarian cooking class in Ghent shouldnt be boring. Ours uses fresh produce from the local market and Belgian recipes that just happen to be meat-free.
What We Cover
Classic Belgian waffle recipes (already vegetarian by default), seasonal topping pairings, and easy veggie pastry variations. We talk about local Ghent ingredients and where to source them after you go home.

Good To Know
Sessions run in our central Ghent workshop near Korenmarkt. Allergies and other dietary needs welcome — tell us at booking. Drinks and ingredients included.
The Story Behind It
A vegetarian couple from the UK came in worried they'd be stuck eating around things. We showed them seasonal toppings — figs, berries, hazelnut spreads — and they ended up taking pictures of every single waffle.
