Group Tours

Built For Groups

We can host up to 30 people in one session, split across stations, in two rooms with two hosts, so nobody just stands and watches. Sessions run in English, French, Dutch, and we can arrange other languages on request. All of our workshops are naturally vegetarian & nut free and most allergies (dairy, gluten) options available with a heads-up.

If your group is bigger we can run back-to-back sessions or open earlier in the day — just ask. You can also alternate the Waffle workshops with other activities such as walking tours, brewery tour, sightseeing boat tour and more !

Easy For Tour Operators

Clear pricing, simple invoicing, fast confirmations. We're used to working with operators who need to lock in dates months in advance. Coaches can drop off a few minutes from the workshop, and we're walking distance from the main Ghent landmarks if your tour continues on foot.
