Gluten-free cooking class
If your coeliac or gluten-sensitive, finding a gluten-free cooking class in Ghent that takes contamination seriously isnt easy. Ours does.
How We Keep It Safe
Dedicated gluten-free flour blends. Separate mixing bowls, whisks and waffle irons. Stations cleaned before each gluten-free session. Staff trained on cross-contamination basics.
We're upfront — our workshop also handles regular flour. If your sensitivity is severe, talk to us before booking and we'll arrange a slot accordingly.
What You Bake
Gluten-free Liege waffles, Brussels-style waffles using rice and buckwheat blends, and a few simple toppings. Surprisingly close to the original — most people can't tell the difference.
The Story Behind It
A coeliac mum from Bruges drove an hour because every other class she'd tried had cross-contamination issues. We use separate flour, separate utensils, and a cleaned station. She finally got to bake without anxiety.
