What The Courses Cover
Multi-session gluten-free baking courses covering Liege waffles, Brussels waffles, simple breads, and basic gluten-free pastry. Each session builds on the last so by the end you've got a real toolkit, not just one recipe.
Flour blends, binding agents (xanthan, psyllium, flax), and tips for getting texture right without gluten.
Who Its For
Coeliacs, gluten-sensitive home bakers, parents cooking for a gluten-free child, and pros who want to add gluten-free options to there menu. Sessions run in our central Ghent workshop with separate equipment.
The Story Behind It
A coeliac home baker took our short class first, then signed up for the longer course. After four sessions she was making her own gluten-free waffle batter from memory. She brings them to her book club every month now.
